If you've created an account on Pulse using the Android app v.1.0.3 or earlier, you might be experiencing this issue. If you've entered a space into your username, you will notice that you may not be able to play the live games.
Here's how you can fix this:
- Create a new account
- You can create a new account using a different login email/phone number method. Make sure you are using the latest version of the app and do not enter any spaces!
- Reach out to customer support to delete the account
- If you would like to use the same login information, reach out to customer support (email@example.com) and they can assist you with deleting your account so it can be used again. Make sure you update your device and do not use any spaces when creating another account!
